you step through the front door of Cabot’s Avenue of Dreams 2010 Idea
House will be the magnitude of space. Your eyes will absorb the view of
1,103 square feet of living room, dining and kitchen. Then your attention
will be drawn to the rock wall at the entrance with a recessed, lighted
waterfall with rich granite stone. The trickle of the water creates
a pleasant atmosphere as you continue into the living room area. The
26’x 17’ living room is adorned with 12-foot ceilings, elaborate crown
and detail from the ceilings to the floor. Beautiful tile covers the
floors in brick-lay design and is dominate through the majority of the
home. You will be drawn to the arched fireplace with the double-layered
granite surround and matching mantel with elegant trim. The 14’x 20’ dining
room is undefined and open from the living room and features built-in
lighted china cabinet and granite counters. There is plenty of room
for large family gatherings around the dining table that comfortably seats
8 to10 guests. The rich interior
eight-foot doors are solid pine from Just steps from the kitchen
is the half bath with single vanity and granite counter which are accented
with lamp lighting including drop-crystals gems and framed mirror. The multifunction room is
designed for laundry with special built folding counter over the front
