Southern Homes showcases two homes in Cabot’s first
Avenue of Dreams home showcase. The company built the homes at 21
Cossatot Circle and 20 Blanchard Drive.
Both Blanchard Drive and Cossatot
Circle are located in The Park subdivision off Mountain Springs Road.
Rhonda and Dennis House, of Cabot, own
Uniquely Southern Homes, and have been in the residential building
industry for 11 years.
Rhonda had the idea for Avenue of
Dreams after visiting several similar home showcases in surrounding
states. In planning the Avenue of Dreams, it was quickly decided that
all ticket proceeds from the event would be donated to Open Arms
Shelter, a temporary home for abused and neglected children.
"She has a very soft place in her
heart for Open Arms Shelter," said Shelle House, Rhonda and
Dennis’s daughter.
