Local
builder Childress and Company, Inc.
showcases two homes in this year’s Avenue of Dreams home tour. The
company built the homes at 58 and 63 Cossatot Circle in Cabot.
Cossatot Circle is located in The Park subdivision off Mountain
Springs Road.
Jim
and Darlene Childress own Childress and Company, and have been
building custom designed homes in Cabot and surrounding areas for 38
years. Their goal is to make dreams a reality for families in central
Arkansas.

Childress is president of Cabot Home Builders Association. In 2001, he
served as president of Arkansas Home Builders Association, and he sits
on the Residential Board of Contractors Committee.
